We are seeking a Senior Freight Analyst to join our dynamic team at POLENGHI in the BR- POLENGHI - SUPPLY CHAIN - OSASCO department. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, controlling, and optimizing transportation and freight costs, ensuring the correct application of tariff tables, efficient management of carrier contracts, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and service enhancement.

• Conduct freight cost analyses, identifying deviations and optimization opportunities.
• Manage freight tables, ensuring accurate parameterization in corporate systems.
• Verify and audit carrier charges, ensuring compliance with current contracts.
• Negotiate tariffs and commercial terms with transporters and logistics service providers.
• Develop performance indicators (KPIs) related to costs, delivery times, service level, and productivity.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost simulations for new operations.
• Monitor the transportation budget and support financial planning for the department.
• Manage contracts, tracking adjustments, renewals, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support continuous improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and logistics transformation.
• Provide management reports and presentations to support decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Solid experience in freight management, transportation, logistics costs, and negotiation with carriers.
• Experience in freight auditing and logistics performance indicators.
• Knowledge of freight tables and tariff composition.
• Proficiency in TMS and ERP (TOTVs) systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis tools.
• Contract and transportation process management skills.
• Understanding of logistics indicators and financial analysis.
• Analytical skills, strategic vision, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal relationship, and communication skills.
