Analista de negocio para Estrategia de Personas Ventas

Buscamos un perfil de Analista para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Estrategia Personas en la dirección de Gestión de Personas Ventas.

La persona que se incorpore podrá participar en el análisis y seguimiento de procesos y resultados de RR.HH. de la Fuerza Comercial, en un entorno de trabajo dinámico con aprendizaje y retos continuos.

Tu responsabilidad será realizar el análisis y seguimiento de diversos KPIs relacionados con RR.HH (reclutamiento, procesos de eficiencia, formación, onboarding, offboarding), así como el diseño de informes, presentaciones a nivel ejecutivo y trabajo en transversal con el resto de la dirección y del área de ventas.

Principales funciones:

• Diseño de KPIs del área
• Control y análisis de resultados.

• Reporting a nivel ejecutivo.
• Optimización de procesos ya existentes y creación de nuevos.
• Participación en el despliegue de pilotos y nuevos proyectos

Requisitos:

• Experiencia mínima de 1 a 3 años en un puesto similar.
• Graduado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Estadística, Matemáticas, Económicas o similar.
• Nivel de inglés medio alto.
• Alto conocimiento de Excel (formulas y tablas dinámicas).
• Muy valorable conocimiento de Power BI, Power Automate y otras herramientas de reporting relacionadas.
