Analista Sênior de Risco e Enquadramento

Location São Paulo, Brazil

Hybrid Position (4 dias presencial / 1 dia home office).

Descrição

Analista Sênior com sólido perfil técnico em gestão de riscos, com foco em risco de crédito, responsável pelo monitoramento de riscos e pelo enquadramento regulatório, regulamentar e tributário de FIDCs, FIPs, FIIs e FIFs, assegurando a conformidade com a legislação vigente e as normas aplicáveis ao mercado de capitais.

Responsabilidades

• Crédito: modelar e manter a perda esperada e a PDD de carteiras de recebíveis (FIDCs), incluindo recuperação em RJ; revisar laudos de terceiros.
• Mercado e liquidez: conduzir testes de estresse e monitorar o VaR e os descasamentos (CVM/ANBIMA).
• Enquadramento: monitorar os limites da RCVM 175 e o regime tributário dos fundos (Lei nº 14.754/2023); tratar desenquadramentos.
• Automação e time: automatizar rotinas em Python/SQL, documentar metodologias e atuar como backup técnico dos modelos de crédito.

Requisitos

• Formação acadêmica: ensino superior completo em Economia, Engenharia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.
• Conhecimento em RCVM 175 (especialmente FIDCs), diretrizes da ANBIMA para liquidez e tributação de fundos (Lei nº 14.754/2023 e normas correlatas).
• Experiência: mais de 5 anos de experiência em risco e/ou enquadramento em administradora, gestora de recursos ou instituição financeira.
• Experiência prática em modelagem de risco de crédito (PD, LGD, EAD, PDD, rolagem e safras), preferencialmente em carteiras de recebíveis.
• Soft skills: trabalho em equipe: e comunicação efetiva.

Desejaveis

• Inglês avançado

• Sistemas Python e SQL para modelagem e automação.

• FRM, CFA ou CGA/CGE; pós em finanças quantitativas ou estatística; experiência com FIP, FII e crédito estruturado; vivência em classificação tributária de fundos e come-cotas.
