How will you fit in the big picture?

Join Pip & Plume, Hershey’s new in-house Creator + AI Studio, where we are helping our iconic brands create at the speed of culture. As the Associate Manager, Studio Operations, you will serve as the operational hub connecting brand teams, social strategy, creators, media, and measurement partners. You will help transform business needs into creator-led content that moves from idea to market quickly, efficiently, and effectively.

What will you do?

  • Serve as the day-to-day operations partner for a portfolio of Hershey brands.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and workflows from intake through launch.
  • Translate business needs into clear scopes, assignments, resources, and action plans.
  • Coordinate creator casting, production, reviews, approvals, and final delivery across social channels.
  • Build strong relationships with brand teams, creators, strategists, and agency partners.
  • Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Partner with Measurement & Intelligence teams to capture learning and improve future content performance.
  • Help optimize operational processes and contribute to the continued growth of Pip & Plume.

Minimum Requirements

Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, account management, integrated production, marketing operations, social media operations, or related fields. This aligns with Hershey's Associate Manager level expectations.
  • Experience working within a creative agency, social agency, in-house studio, creator organization, or marketing team preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $81,920 to $102,400 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
