Summary
CHS is seeking a Senior financial analyst and business partner to support our enterprise customer development team. This position will strengthen analytical capabilities, provide financial and decision support to enterprise-wide go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and help drive volume and margin growth opportunities across the CHS enterprise. The individual must have strong data, systems and analytical skills, project management skills, and be comfortable working in a matrixed organization. This role will partner with CHS’ go-to-market (GTM) business and leadership team. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with analytical expertise, helping customer-facing teams make informed decisions to meet volume, margin and customer objectives. The role will report to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, Enterprise Customer Development.
This is a hybrid position based in Inver Grove Heights, MN.
Responsibilities
Execute GTM and FP&A analytical projects
- Partner with BI teams to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and scalable datasets
- Standardize KPI reporting and performance visibility across GTM leadership teams
- Automate manual reporting and improve data reliability
- Translate evolving business needs into repeatable analytics solutions
Support GTM initiatives by tracking volume and margin growth opportunities across businesses
- Develop GTM reports to enable tracking of sales and margin optimization opportunities for our wholesale and retail operations
- Deliver reporting to provide actionable insights and drive more favorable mix of focus products across the company
- Support ad hoc initiatives aligned with GTM FP&A objectives
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Planning and Analysis
Additional Qualifications
- Power BI, SQL, SAC, advanced Excel, data analysis and visualization
- DAX, Power Query, Power Automate, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Fabric and data warehousing concepts
- Combines strong technical capability with financial and commercial acumen
- Can move from raw data to clear business recommendations
- Enjoys dashboard development, problem-solving and process automation
- Builds credibility with both business and technical stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Strong financial budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills
- Experience in developing and use of financial dashboards, modeling and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to build external and internal relationships in order to effectively and creatively solve problems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- CPA or MBA preferred

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
