Your mission at IntegriChain:

Gross-to-Net is the gap between a drug’s list price and the net revenue a manufacturer realizes after rebates, chargebacks, discounts, and fees. Grss-to-Net is central to how pharmaceutical companies forecast, report, and plan.

As a GTN Analyst II, you will support multiple external clients by reconciling transactional data, validating pricing calculations, explaining variances, and producing the reports they rely on to meet contractual deadlines. You will work across our GTN systems and Excel, partner with colleagues in Pune and remote teams in the U.S. and build expertise in pharmaceutical revenue management.

Working hours: This is a hybrid role based in Pune. Because you will work closely with U.S.-based clients and managers, the role requires some overlap with U.S. Eastern working hours

What you’ll do to thrive in this role:

  • Data and reconciliation
    • Gather client transactional data, reconcile it to the general ledger, and load it into the source system.
    • Identify and resolve errors in the GTN system according to defined business rules, applying corrections as needed.
    • Monitor and review system output for consistency, accuracy, and formatting.
  • Reporting and delivery
    • Produce client deliverables and reports from system results and explain the variances behind them.
    • Meet contractual SLAs by planning and prioritizing your workload around fixed deadlines.
    • Escalate issues promptly when they fall outside defined business rules or put a deadline at risk.
  • Process and collaboration
    • Keep process documentation and work instructions current and aligned with RACI standards.
    • Build strong working relationships with internal colleagues and remote team members across multiple locations.

Where You’ll Grow:

  • As you build confidence in the core role, you will cross-train in adjacent areas of Net Revenue and Compliance, as appliable:
  • Government Pricing (GP): transactional and master data, GL reconciliations, and data extraction across client, internal, and external systems, fundamentals including Class of Trade (COT), PHS 340B validation, and monthly pricing calculations.
  • State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR): reporting requirements and the U.S. state regulations behind them: portfolio setup, reporting activities, and preparation of client deliverables.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Management, or another business discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience producing financial reports, with strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, and large datasets) and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with large data volumes and complex financial models.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data and reporting.
  • A process-oriented, organized approach to planning work across multiple client accounts.
  • Clear written and spoken English, with the confidence to collaborate with cross-functional and U.S.-based teams.
  • Ability to pick up new software and systems quickly.
  • Initiative to support value add projects and drive process improvements

Nice to have

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Working knowledge of Managed Care, Medicaid, GPO contracting, or Government Pricing.
  • Familiarity with GTN calculations and revenue recognition in the pharmaceutical industry.
