The Opportunity:

The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the stability, reliability, and efficiency of IT Operations. Monitors day‑to‑day technology operations, leads project work related to the Desktop Support function and works closely with infrastructure, service desk, security, and application teams to ensure services meet defined SLAs and operational standards. Helps support onboarding of new clients, new office locations and process improvements. Plays a key role in incident management, operational reporting, process improvement, and risk mitigation, helping translate technical data into actionable insights while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and security requirements. Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across systems that support healthcare revenue cycle operations. Focuses on identifying discrepancies, implementing corrective actions, and supporting data governance initiatives to maintain compliance and operational efficiency. Applies technical and analytical skills to safeguard data quality and optimize processes. Validates data accuracy and completeness across multiple systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Analyzes discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to maintain data integrity and reliability. Collaborates with internal teams to implement data governance policies and best practices. Documents data integrity processes, workflows, and corrective measures to support transparency and consistency. Monitors data flows and execute remediation steps to resolve identified issues promptly. Supports testing and verification of system updates or data migrations to confirm accuracy and compliance. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
