The Global Engineering Center at Collins Aerospace is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Technical University team. This role, reporting to Collins Aerospace, offers the unique opportunity to collaborate not only within Collins but also across RTX Corporate, Raytheon, and Pratt & Whitney.

As a Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and creating course offerings, supporting customers, and contributing to various aspects of our learning operations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, adept at managing multiple priorities, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a remote role; however, candidates must be residents of Puerto Rico. Monthly onsite visits, or visits as needed, are expected.

What YOU will do:

  • Monitoring and managing the training email inbox to address inquiries and requests.
  • Processing course scheduling requests and registering participants.
  • Managing the course nominations process, including finalizing learner lists.
  • Producing and supporting virtual and in-person courses.
  • Maintaining and updating online learning sites and repositories.
  • Developing and managing marketing strategies for courses and events.
  • Organizing and maintaining course materials and recordings.
  • Troubleshooting system issues encountered by learners and providing technical support.
  • Taking ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinating with customers and Finance teams for course-related transactions.
  • Traveling as needed, up to 10%.
  • Meets program schedules and budgets and supports in the maintenance of the integrated master schedules for project(s).

  • Keep track pursuits and manage pursuits updates in salesforce.
  • Review Customer Requirement, Validation and Gates Preparation
  • Schedule and manage IPMT meetings
  • Ensure pursuit deck is completed per Pursuit schedule
  • Responsible for coordination and overseeing of administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines while also liaising between project management and planning and line management.\
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
  • Monitors and assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Participates in the coordination, preparation and maintenance of project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements to ensure that all action item lists are completed, and project quality expectations are met.

Qualifications you must have:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
  • Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with Workday LMS.
  • Knowledge of data reporting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Administrative and organizational skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder communication tools, such as Outlook and Teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and technical support experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile environments.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities and achieve successful outcomes in critical situations.
