The Job
The Site Development Administrator provides essential administrative, operational, and documentation support for the site development team throughout the lifecycle of data center and infrastructure development projects. This role coordinates critical workflows, maintains accurate project records, supports permitting and due diligence activities, and ensures efficient communication across internal teams and external partners.
The Site Development Administrator plays a key role in enabling timely, organized, and compliant site development execution by ensuring strong process discipline, documentation accuracy, and coordination across real estate, design, construction, legal, energy, and permitting teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer Procore and Ironclad functions for specifically assigned construction projects, including creating commitments, change orders, and invoices.
- Process and follow-up on PCCOs according to specific contract requirements.
- Process new contracts, read and understand basic contract language.
- Follow purchase orders and invoices from Procore through accounting process.
- Work with accounting to set up new vendors.
- Assist multiple projects and tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Onboard new vendors as requested.
- Initiate non-disclosure agreements as requested.
- Participate in weekly job meetings and act on meeting requirements.
- Maintain projects and contracts Lists for different tracking purposes.
- Serve as primary point of contact for initial supplier and subcontractor correspondence and communication to ensure receipt properly executed copies of all documents. Loop in Site Development Admin Manager when needed to address elevated inquiries and issues.
- Provide construction administration support on projects in collaboration with project leadership.
- Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team, with co-workers/ teammates, and leaders across the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Associate’s degree, technical school certification or equivalent relevant experience required.
- 4+ years of progressive professional experience in a construction administration role on medium to large-scale projects of varying types and complexity required.
- Proficient in Procore Software, including the Finance module necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat Pro required.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
- Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Procore, Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Newforma, etc.) desired.
Preferred
- Experience on data center related construction projects preferred.
- Experience supporting land acquisition, entitlement, permitting, or site development activities.
- Familiarity with utilities, environmental documentation, or large capital development processes.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with project data and reporting tools.
- Experience in data center, industrial development, or infrastructure environments.

Travel
Occasional travel may be required as needed.
Work Environment
This job operates in a data center, office, and shop environment. The role routinely uses standard maintenance equipment, including ladders, scissor lifts, forklifts, power tools, and voltmeters. While performing these duties, the employee will be exposed to both hot and cold environments.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. General hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some nights and weekends may be required.
