The Lending Portfolio Management Analyst will serve as a critical part of the Lending Portfolio Management team, which oversees performance across Arrow’s CRE Lending book of over €3.9bn AUM, spread across several of Arrow’s proprietary fund vehicles. The role combines two complementary responsibilities: providing analytical support to the VP of Portfolio Management on fund- and portfolio-level performance, and acting as the operational engine behind the back-leverage facilities that help drive levered returns for investors. You will produce the analysis, reporting and materials that inform Investment Committee, senior leadership and investor discussions, alongside the day-to-day administration and facilitation of the funds’ repo/warehouse facilities.
On the portfolio side, you will build and maintain the analytics, KPI tracking and reporting that give the team a top-down view of the book, with the ability to drill into individual credits as needed. On the financing side, this integral function plays a critical role in fund liability management. You will interact with institutional banks, representing the firm on a day-to-day basis. You will assist in the overall facilitation of loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest payments. You will also coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for LPs and warehouse/repo lenders.

About the role
- Coordinate repo/warehouse loan drawdowns, repayments, interest payments – ensuring facility compliance and maximising leverage efficiency.
- Maintain a detailed tracker of all repo/warehouse facility covenants, concentration limits, and relevant reporting dates to maintain compliance.
- Help manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements for each facility by coordinating inputs from Fund Finance and the Servicer.
- Work with Fund Treasury to coordinate the movement of cash up and down the investment structure while maintaining compliance with the bespoke loan waterfall structure under each loan facility.
- Attend weekly management calls to report on status updates for each leverage facility to relevant constituents (Head of Lending Portfolio Management, VP Portfolio Management, Servicing Platforms, etc.).
- Work with Capital Markets team to transition new repo/warehouse facilities over to the Portfolio Management team.
- Help design and implement improved processes and systems for tracking and organising the accounting, financial and portfolio data used for reporting, including using AI and other emerging tools to improve accuracy, speed up analysis and free up capacity.
- Build genuine subject-matter depth in CRE lending, fund structures and the mechanics of repo and back-leverage financing, becoming a recognised resource for the wider team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Someone with experience in an analytical role within lending, credit, real estate finance or investments (e.g. portfolio management, asset management, underwriting, loan operations, fund operations or middle office) — or a strong analytical background with a demonstrable attention to detail and appetite to learn.
- Highly organised and process-driven, with the discipline to run recurring operational tasks accurately, on time, every time.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and comfort working with loan-level data, with the ability to turn analysis into clear, concise outputs for senior audiences; experience with warehouse/repo facilities is a plus.
- A proactive, ownership-minded approach: willing to chase counterparties, question numbers and third-party output rather than taking them at face escalate early.
- Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable liaising with lenders and internal teams.
- Ability to stay on top of important tasks while understanding how they feed into the bigger-picture view of the portfolio.
- Ability to use various systems in order to compile data for external output.
