Analyst - Project Management

The Strategy and Integration team supports the US Banking Servicing Network, defining servicing strategies and executing on high-impact projects. Banking Servicing Integration is a project enablement function that works with all BSN teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams across GSG and GCS (Product Owners, Banking, GCS, Compliance, GSLN, Technologies, etc). We deliver superior service to our customers, by delivering efficient and effective servicing strategies, large scale business transformation, first class change management, and proactive risk mitigation.

The successful candidate will provide support for project-based work, leading a portfolio of projects and initiatives. The analyst will support Banking Operations in planning and project delivery, working with key stakeholders to focus on customer experiences and optimizing existing and new processes. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of frontline servicing processes and systems, is able to structure a project to meet tight deadlines and develop point of arrival processes and policies.

The successful candidate will execute on clear project deliverables, collaborate across multiple GSG functions to ensure the needs of CCPs and Customers are met. Collaboration with other business units is essential to identify policy and procedural changes required to implement functional transitions or enhancements. You will be a GSG representative for BSN on wide-ranging projects, assisting in formulating and recommending operational issues, and feeding into thought leadership activities.

• Project Leadership: Drive medium- to large-scale initiatives independently from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Process Mapping: Design, document, and optimize complex, end-to-end process workflows using Microsoft Visio to identify operational bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to build financial/operational models, track project KPIs, process data sets, and generate actionable insights.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex analysis and project milestones into executive-ready presentations and dashboards using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to define project scope, manage risks, track deliverables, and enforce accountability with minimal oversight.

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Project Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role leading end-to-end projects.
• Advanced MS Excel: Proficiency with complex functions (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), pivot tables, data modeling, dynamic charts, and basic macro/VBA automation.
• Process Documentation: Mastery of Microsoft Visio to construct detailed process flows, swimlane diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Presentation Skills: Strong Microsoft PowerPoint expertise with a track record of creating clean, structured, visual decks for leadership.
• Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize competing deadlines, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments without heavy supervision.
