Support the WH COE through data-driven analysis, reporting, and short-term capacity planning. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining warehouse performance dashboards, identifying operational risks and capacity constraints, and providing actionable insights. The analyst will serve as a primary owner of warehouse reporting, while partnering cross-functionally with supply planning, fulfillment, site operations, and IT.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve warehouse PBI dashboards
  • Lead short-term warehouse capacity planning by monitoring storage utilization, inventory projections, and warehouse constraints
  • Identify short term capacity risks and partner with site warehouse and fulfillment to develop mitigation plan
  • Lead RCA efforts for warehouse performance issues (internal / external)
  • Support WH COE initiatives by providing analytical support for business case developments
  • Support WH performance reviews

Key Metrics & Financial Targets:

  • WH capacity risk identification to mitigate line downtime
  • Proactive warehouse metrics and scorcard management
  • Drive change via AI driven AGV data into actions

Own:

  • Warehouse capacity reporting
  • Power BI dashboard development & maintenance
  • Process documentation
  • Warehouse performance analytics

Influence:

  • Site capacity mitigation plans
  • Warehouse processes and procedures
  • KPI performance improvement efforts

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Data Analytics or related field preferred
  • Experience building Power BI dashboards

Skills Needed To Be Successful:

  • Ability to work with 3PL’s and external warehouses
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze data
  • Cross functional team building and leadership
