As The Analytics and Decision Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the functions and activities of financial planning and analysis team which are crucial in driving strategic decision-making processes within the 1AP organization through comprehensive financial analysis and insights. This position requires a strong background in finance, data analytics and business acumen to provide actionable recommendations that will optimize financial performance and support organizational goals in their strategies and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Heavily involved in performance management, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of the Company’s Profit & Loss, financial position, cash flows and performance against plans, targets and KPIs. Providing support to the VP and AVP FP&A in the areas of performance reporting, planning, forecasting, “Warchest” and special transactions.
