Analytics Engineer

You will play a vital role in shaping and enabling technical capabilities within analytics. You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, customers, and other IT teams. This position offers broad exposure across the organization and customer interfaces, enabling a data-driven approach to decision making within all our business lines supported by AI-driven technology. Tasks and responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders, facilitate discussions, gather business requirements and understand reporting and analytics needs Developing and managing support and development processes Propose and build innovative solutions for our business lines Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline At least 3 years of work experience within analytics Hands-on experience in designing and building dashboards, reports, and visualizations and strong skills in BI tools preferrable PowerBI Capability of using AI development tools in your work Basic knowledge of Python / PySpark / dbt is seen as advantage Familiarity with Data Lakehouse platform (Microsoft Fabric) and medallion data architecture in conceptual level Capability of building ELT processes, data pipelines, using SQL. Experience of Microsoft technology is seen as advantage. Strong understanding of data modelling for analytics (dimensional modelling, star schema, AI ready data models etc) Basic knowledge of data management and related tools like Purview Are you up for the challenge?
