Show job description

Healthcare spending is at an all-time high, yet waiting times keep getting longer and patients aren't getting the quality of care they deserve. At Kry, we believe we can play a unique role in changing this. Since day one, we've been on a journey to deliver better healthcare, for less.

Our vision has always been clear: great healthcare for everyone. Do you share it, and want to help shape the future of healthcare?

The role

Healthcare needs data, and good analysis needs solid data foundations. We're looking for someone who wants to work across the whole analytics workflow. That means building the pipelines and data models the business relies on, and turning that data into insights that drive decisions.

A large part of your time will go into building and maintaining data pipelines in dbt and Dagster. The rest you'll spend close to the business: building dashboards, digging into analyses and helping stakeholders act on what the data shows.

The breadth is intentional. The role suits someone a couple of years into their data career who enjoys both writing clean, tested code and figuring out what the numbers actually mean.

You'll join our friendly and knowledgeable Analytics team, with colleagues in Sweden, France and the UK, and work with data from our tech products and healthcare operations across Europe.

What you'll do

  • Build, test and maintain data pipelines and models in dbt, orchestrated with Dagster

  • Set up new data flows and make sure our data is reliable, documented and easy to use

  • Maintain the business operations model that tracks our key metrics, and flag issues quickly when something looks off

  • Build dashboards in Looker and develop the LookML behind them

  • Take on analyses, from quick questions to deep dives, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in areas such as marketing, operations and product

  • Help design and evaluate A/B tests using SQL and Python

Your first few months will focus on getting to know our data, our stack and how we work, with plenty of support from the team.

Where you can grow

Because the role spans the whole analytics workflow, you'll have room to find your direction over time. That could mean going deeper into analytics or data engineering, moving towards data science, or becoming the go-to analytics expert in one of our core areas, such as healthcare operations, product, marketing or finance.

Who you are

  • You have 1–5 years of hands-on experience in a data role, for example as a data analyst, analytics engineer, BI developer or data engineer

  • You write solid SQL and understand data modelling

  • You have experience building data pipelines or data models, ideally with dbt

  • You have working knowledge of Python

  • You can explain technical work and findings clearly to non-technical colleagues

  • You're structured and curious, and enjoy switching between building and analysing

  • You're fluent in English, our working language

Nice to have

  • Experience with Dagster or another orchestration tool, such as Airflow or Prefect

  • Experience with Looker and LookML, or another BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Familiarity with Git, code review and CI in a data setting

  • Experience with A/B testing or statistics

  • Experience with marketing, product or healthcare data

  • A degree in a quantitative field, such as engineering, computer science, statistics or economics

Our stack

dbt and Dagster for transformation and orchestration, Looker for BI, and Python and Git throughout.

What we offer

  • A bright and lively office in central Stockholm

  • A flexible hybrid remote policy

  • A fun team working on high-impact projects

  • A strong focus on technical and personal development to accelerate your career

  • The chance to be part of an innovative, fast-growing company with a positive impact on healthcare for millions of patients
