As an Anaplan Consultant, you will be responsible for: Understanding clients’ business processes and business requirements Translate requirements into functional requirements and use cases Design and build Anaplan application models to support business processes Build and develop Anaplan modules and list based on model blueprint Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs Transform and implement multi-dimensional structures to support business processes Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality Develop model documentation Participate in data integration and migration solutions Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment Managing a project and project team members Mentoring team members in their career development Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property Participation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work Required Experience & Skills: 2 - 3 years of experience as an Anaplan Consultant Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degree Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable) Advanced Microsoft Excel / Financial Modeling Skills Subject matter expertise in Anaplan and modeling in Supply Chain, Finance or Sales Desire and aptitude to deliver technology solutions to customers Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team members Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound) Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong written and verbal English communication skills Peloton Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
