Role Description

9 Farms is seeking an Angel Investor / Strategic Investment Partner for a hybrid opportunity based in Rawalpindi, with flexibility for remote participation.

The selected investor will be expected to make a minimum investment of PKR 3,000,000 in 9 Farms. The corresponding equity share and investment structure will be mutually discussed and agreed upon based on the investment amount, business valuation, strategic contribution, and long-term involvement.

The Angel Investor will work closely with the founding team to review business plans, financial projections, and operational strategies while contributing to the company's growth and expansion.

Key areas of involvement may include:

• Reviewing financial projections, business plans, and investment strategies.
• Participating in strategic planning and business growth discussions.
• Providing guidance on scaling agricultural and livestock operations.
• Supporting market expansion and development of new revenue opportunities.
• Advising on risk management, governance, and long-term business strategy.
• Connecting 9 Farms with potential investors, financial institutions, advisors, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Monitoring business performance and supporting future fundraising initiatives.

Investment Requirement

• Minimum Investment: PKR 3,000,000
• Investment Type: Equity Investment
• Equity Share: To be discussed and mutually agreed
• Additional investment above PKR 3 million may also be considered depending on the investor's interest and the agreed business expansion plan.

Qualifications

• Financial capacity and willingness to invest a minimum of PKR 3 million in 9 Farms.
• Strong understanding of investment analysis, financial models, business plans, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of agriculture, livestock farming, agribusiness, or related sectors is preferred.
• Interest in sustainable, ethical, and commercially scalable farming practices.
• Experience mentoring, advising, investing in, or operating early-stage or growing businesses.
• Ability to contribute strategically in areas such as operations, governance, financial planning, and business expansion.
• Strong professional network with investors, financial institutions, industry professionals, or business partners is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in angel investing, venture capital, private equity, entrepreneurship, or business ownership is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, agriculture, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage.
