SAP IS Consumer Products Expert: Power Smart Operations in Consumer Goods Pentoz is hiring an experienced SAP IS-CP (Consumer Products) Expert to implement and optimize systems for manufacturing, distribution, trade promotion, and customer engagement across our consumer-focused brands. You'll help us drive agility, visibility, and digital control across the entire consumer value chain — from shelf to supply. Key Responsibilities Design and implement SAP IS-CP solutions for demand planning, trade promotion, customer service, and retail distribution Configure and optimize processes including TPM (Trade Promotion Management) , order-to-cash , and supply chain execution Integrate SAP IS-CP with modules like SD, MM, PP, and CRM to support omnichannel, data-driven operations Collaborate with business stakeholders to digitize core operations and consumer insights Ensure compliance, performance, and automation across consumer product workflows You Bring 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IS-CP (Consumer Products) in FMCG, CPG, or retail environments Deep understanding of sales planning , promotion budgeting , and distribution logistics in the consumer sector Experience integrating SAP with analytics tools and mobile/retail front ends Familiarity with S/4HANA for Consumer Products and real-time inventory, pricing, and rebate management Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, operations, and product teams Requirements SAP IS-CP, Trade Promotion Management, SD/MM/PP Integration, Consumer Goods Workflow, S/4HANA CP, Demand Planning, Omnichannel Retail, Order-to-Cash Benefits Help build digitally intelligent product pipelines for national-scale reach Work remotely in a fast-paced, purpose-driven team delivering for real-world consumers Lead innovation in how tech connects production, retail, and personalized customer experiences Influence the evolution of smart CPG operations at one of India’s most ambitious enterprises
