We believe in promoting healthy and conscious eating choices, and our range of products reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Position Summary:

The AP & Treasury Manager will lead the company's accounts payable and treasury operations, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements, strong financial controls, and clear visibility over liquidity and cash requirements. This role will oversee high-volume supplier payments, cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, month-end close activities, and working-capital initiatives while partnering across the business to improve processes, strengthen reporting, and drive automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-controlled supplier payments across ACH, wire, check, and other payment methods.
  • Own treasury and cash-management activities, including liquidity forecasting, bank portal administration, cash positioning, and short- and medium-term cash needs.
  • Monitor AP aging and proactively reduce overdue balances, payment exceptions, vendor issues, and other risks affecting supplier relationships or cash flow.
  • Oversee bank reconciliations, balance-sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, vendor prepayments, and other financial-control activities supporting a timely month-end close.
  • Drive working-capital improvements through disciplined payment planning, cash forecasting, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Partner closely with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to improve visibility, resolve financial-operational issues, and support business decisions.
  • Advance finance process automation and ERP optimization, with a particular focus on SAP Business One and scalable AP and treasury workflows.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and management visibility across AP, treasury, cash flow, and payment performance.
  • Support audits and strengthen internal controls, documentation, approval workflows, and treasury protocols.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 8-12+ years of experience across Accounts Payable, Treasury, Accounting, or Finance Operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience managing high-volume AP, supplier payments, cash-flow forecasting, and treasury activities.
  • Solid month-end close, reconciliation, and financial-control experience, with a strong understanding of AP aging, accruals, prepaids, and vendor prepayments.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP experience; SAP Business One is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to improve processes, automate workflows, and build clear financial reporting and visibility.
  • Experience in CPG, manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, logistics, or another inventory-intensive environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills, with high attention to detail and accountability.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • ACCA, CIME, ACA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant accounting certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work arrangement; candidates must live within close proximity to NSI's Barcelona office.
  • Standard working hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, supporting our international team.
