The Utilities Coordinator manages utility accounts across Lithia & Driveway locations, including account setup and closure, invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and ongoing account maintenance. This role works directly with utility providers and dealership teams to resolve billing issues and help ensure services remain uninterrupted.

Location: Remote (PST work hours)

Target Hiring Range: $20.00–$21.00

What You'll Do

• Set up, maintain, and close utility accounts.
• Process utility invoices accurately and on time.
• Review bills for duplicate or overlapping charges, fees, and payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts and confirm payments are applied correctly.
• Maintain accurate utility spend and account records.
• Partner with utility providers and dealership teams to resolve account and billing issues.
• Help prevent service interruptions, late payments, and overpayments.
• Support additional projects as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with billing, payments, collections, accounts payable, account reconciliation, or similar financial/administrative work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Utility billing or utility account experience is preferred, but not required.

Total Rewards

At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $19.25–28.85/hr, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
