- Integrate Over-the-Horizon (OTH) fires and kinetic targeting capabilities across contested environments.
- Support deliberate and dynamic targeting workflows and weapons employment strategies.
- Author and manage range safety documentation and compliance packages.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison with military and civilian range control authorities.
- Translate warfighter operational needs into technical success criteria, test setups, and evaluation metrics for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with systems engineers, developers, and operational stakeholders to validate emerging warfighting concepts.
Qualifications
- Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Active security clearance (TS/SCI or higher eligibility required).
- Demonstrated operational background in kinetic fires, including deliberate and dynamic targeting, weapons employment, and OTH integration.
- Proven experience in exercise, experiment, and field test planning and implementation.
- Hands-on experience preparing range safety documentation and coordinating directly with range control authorities.
- Strong ability to bridge the operational-to-technical gap by defining success criteria and test configurations for technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in multidisciplinary team environments alongside both operators and technical engineers.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
Desired Skills:
- Experience operating in joint or multi-domain contested environments.
- Prior military or operational experience in joint fires, targeting, or combat development.
- Familiarity with advanced targeting architectures, tactical datalinks, and sensors-to-shooters workflows.
- Experience supporting rapid prototyping, technology transition, or operational test and evaluation (OT&E).
