Team Overview
At 99Entrega, technology is at the heart of how we connect businesses to reliable, scalable last-mile delivery solutions. Our APIs enable technology partners and platforms to integrate 99Entrega's logistics capabilities directly into their operations.
Within Client Solutions, we go beyond maintaining integrations. We actively contribute to the evolution of our API ecosystem, connecting partner needs, business opportunities, and product innovation to build better and more scalable solutions.
As an API Product & Projects Analyst, you'll play an important role in turning real-world integration challenges into product improvements. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders, you'll help structure our API roadmap, translate partner feedback into actionable requirements, and coordinate projects that enhance our integration capabilities.

Role Responsibilities
Contributing to API evolution: Identify and structure opportunities to improve 99Entrega's API capabilities based on partner feedback, business needs, and operational insights.
Organizing the API roadmap and backlog: Consolidate improvement requests, document requirements, and support prioritization discussions with Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering.
Connecting business and technology: Translate partner needs and integration challenges into clear functional requirements, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Coordinating API projects: Follow projects from discovery to delivery, managing timelines, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communication to support successful implementation.
Supporting product discovery: Analyze integration pain points, collect feedback, and evaluate opportunities to improve the partner experience and API capabilities.
Supporting quality and release readiness: Coordinate functional validations, and assess the impact of new features and API changes before release.
Contributing to API lifecycle management: Support the development of processes for API versioning, deprecation, change management, and release planning.
Measuring product impact: Track project progress, delivery performance, feature adoption, and other relevant indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Role Qualifications
Previous experience in Product Management, Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or similar roles in technology-driven environments.
Practical knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and how technical solutions support business processes.
Experience gathering requirements, organizing backlogs, coordinating projects, and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and propose actionable solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
An ownership mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Curiosity about technology and a genuine interest in improving products, processes, and user experiences.
Professional working proficiency in English.
It would be a plus if you have:
Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, or API documentation and testing tools such as Postman.
Previous experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, SaaS, or platform ecosystems.
Familiarity with API lifecycle management, technical documentation, versioning, or deprecation processes.
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or performance monitoring tools.
