Role Description This is a full-time, remote job App Store Optimization role based in Chiniot. The App Store Optimization Specialist will be responsible for researching keywords, optimizing app titles, descriptions, and metadata, and improving visibility and conversions in app stores. Daily tasks include analyzing performance metrics, running A/B tests on creatives and copy, coordinating with design and development teams, and monitoring competitors’ app store strategies. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports, recommending improvements based on data, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives to drive installs and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and respond to stakeholder needs.
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales and Organization Skills to manage multiple app listings, prioritize optimization tasks, and focus on conversion and revenue impact.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to guide team members on app store best practices and share insights from performance data.
• Candidates should have experience or strong interest in App Store Optimization, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and A/B testing of creatives.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with analytics tools and app store dashboards to interpret data and propose actionable improvements.
• A background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field is preferred; experience with Google Play and Apple App Store is an advantage.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related discipline is beneficial.
