Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity At Pentoz, we’re redefining how mobile apps are built — fast, scalable, and cross-platform. As an Appcelerator Developer, you will use Appcelerator Titanium to deliver native-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS, powered by JavaScript and the Titanium SDK. This role is ideal for developers who value code reusability, speed-to-market, and powerful backend integrations — while maintaining native performance. You Will Be Responsible For Cross-Platform App Development: Building hybrid/native mobile apps using Appcelerator Titanium with JavaScript. Unified Codebase: Creating and managing a single codebase that compiles to both Android and iOS platforms. Backend Connectivity: Integrating mobile apps with REST APIs, Firebase, or third-party services. UI/UX Implementation: Designing pixel-perfect mobile interfaces using Titanium’s UI components and best practices. Performance Optimization: Ensuring apps are responsive, memory-efficient, and performant across devices and OS versions. Collaborative Development: Working with design, backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery. This Role Is For You If You have 2–5+ years of experience in mobile development, including Appcelerator Titanium SDK. You’re fluent in JavaScript, mobile APIs, and Titanium CLI. You’ve shipped or maintained apps built with Appcelerator on the App Store and/or Play Store. You’re comfortable working in agile teams and iterative product environments. You believe in writing clean, scalable code and continuous improvement.
