Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually Application Analyst - Cadence (Remote) We are seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst - Cadence to support the design, optimization, and maintenance of Epic scheduling workflows. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, Epic Cadence expertise, and a passion for improving patient access and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Support the build, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Cadence. Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve scheduling workflows and patient access. Configure provider templates, appointment types, scheduling rules, and department settings. Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Troubleshoot application issues and support upgrades, implementations, and enhancements. Perform testing and validation for system changes. Develop and maintain workflow documentation and support materials. Provide go-live and ongoing end-user support. Required Qualifications Epic Cadence Certification required. 3+ years of Epic application analyst experience. Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives. Strong understanding of patient access, ambulatory scheduling, and healthcare operations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with system testing and workflow design.
