- Mentor the Integration Architect and development team, fostering a modern engineering culture that embraces AI-enabled delivery practices and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with the client Architecture team and contribute to architectural discussions around AI adoption, intelligent automation and emerging technology opportunities relevant to the programme.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.

- End-to-end integration architecture experience in banking / financial services.
- Strong integration architecture design experience — API-led, event-driven and orchestration patterns.
- Ability to produce and own architecture sign-off artefacts.
- Familiarity with core banking systems.
- Architecture governance & review board facilitation.
- Integration design sign-off & traceability.
- Mentoring and technical leadership of architect/developer teams.
- Awareness of AI technologies and practical experience using AI-enabled tools to support software engineering, architecture, automation, documentation or solution design.
