Application Assistant (Project-based)

As part of this, we are rolling out Continuous Improvement training to all our shore-based and seagoing colleagues. Key Responsibilities Work closely with application consultants to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues ranging from simple to complex, as reported by end users. Develop and maintain First-Time Fix documentation and knowledge articles. Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks and other operational activities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices. Proven experience in application support or a similar role. Results-oriented, with strong ethics and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Experience with Maritime ERP systems is an advantage.
