  • Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Perform functional analysis to validate that system changes align with business processes

  • Ensure functional correctness of the system following upgrades

  • Support basic data validation to maintain accuracy and consistency

  • Communicate effectively with users, providing guidance, support, and training where required

  • Promote user adoption and ensure value realisation from system changes

  • Document processes, requirements, and outcomes clearly

  • Analyse and solve problems from a business and functional perspective

  • Support understanding of system workflows and reporting structures

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in functional support, business analysis, or a similar role

  • Degree or diploma in Business, IT, or a related field

  • Practical knowledge of group accounting concepts, including consolidation and financial reporting processes

  • Ability to translate business needs into system functionality

  • Strong communication skills, with experience engaging end-users and stakeholders

  • Understanding of system workflows and reporting structures

  • Basic data validation skills

  • Strong documentation and organisational skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on business outcomes

What we offer

  • The opportunity to be part of our next phase of growth and expansion, backed by strategic private equity investment.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package including pension, flex hours, wellness allowances and more.

  • Hybrid working options
