By pushing the boundaries of nanofabrication, we enable innovation at the smallest scale — driving progress on a global level. • Customer contact window to keep equipment performance of the advanced nano-lithography machine within the required specifications. • Regular monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting of machine performance. • Providing first line application support by controlling the multi-beam mask writer. • Documentation and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. • Co-work for constant improvement projects and rollout of new features. • Lead technical escalation and be communication interface to support lines in Taiwan and HQ in Austria. 1. Cross-Department Coordination 10% Enabling the EUV technology of today and paving the way for High-NA EUV 1. At least 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry (ideally customer facing). 2.Excellent English 3.Strong communication ability 4.Customer-oriented mindset and are tech-savy while interested in further personal development.
