Application Intake / PMO Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Application Intake / PMO Analyst (m/f/n) to support a large-scale migration and transformation program. The role focuses on maintaining application inventory data, coordinating stakeholder inputs, tracking project progress, and ensuring the accuracy of information related to applications, dependencies, migration decisions, and project deliverables.

This position combines operational, analytical, and project coordination responsibilities within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain application inventory records and related data.
• Collect, validate, and update information regarding application ownership, business purpose, dependencies, and migration status.
• Support the application intake process and ensure all required documentation is complete and up to date.
• Track project deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress across the migration workstream and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality and alignment.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Support PMO activities and contribute to process improvements where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Project Support, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with project documentation, reporting, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate activities across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and collaboration/documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (B2/C1 level).

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting migration, transformation, or large-scale change initiatives.
• Familiarity with application portfolio management or application inventory processes.
• Experience with risk, issue, action, and dependency tracking.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and reporting/workflow tools.
