TDM Senior Engineer

Job Overview

The organisation invites applications for the position of TDM Senior Engineer. The person in this role will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise test data management (TDM) solutions. The role focuses on secure data provisioning, integration with enterprise systems, and the application of data masking and sub-setting policies to support agile delivery pipelines and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure and deploy test data management services across enterprise projects.
• Deliver and maintain test data provisioning capabilities, including data discovery, modeling and profiling activities.
• Implement and enforce PII analysis, data masking and sub-setting policies to ensure privacy and compliance.
• Integrate TDM solutions with databases, data warehouses and business systems to support development, testing and staging environments.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries for data extraction, transformation and validation, including handling of XML and JSON data formats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders—business analysts, developers, test engineers and security teams—to gather requirements and translate them into effective TDM processes.
• Support continuous delivery practices by enabling automated and reproducible test data provisioning within CI/CD pipelines.
• Document implemented solutions, operational procedures and runbooks; provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience working with complex enterprise applications.
• At least 5 years of experience designing, installing, configuring and deploying TDM services in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience delivering TDM solutions primarily using Broadcom TDM (primary tool).
• Advanced SQL skills, including experience with XML and JSON parsing and manipulation.
• Strong capability in data analysis, data modelling and data discovery techniques.
• Good verbal communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Clear understanding of PII identification, masking techniques and sub-setting processes to support privacy and compliance requirements.
• Desirable: exposure to additional TDM tools, cloud environments and integration with test automation or service virtualization technologies.
