Application Manager (F/H)

About the Role

Darwin Partners is looking for an Application Manager to manage and maintain a portfolio of applications used by Swatch Group companies.

This is a 100% remote position, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide technical and functional support for a portfolio of 30 applications (on-premises and cloud-based).
• Coordinate projects and facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Ensure application maintenance, availability, and service delivery.
• Work closely with other Application Managers, IT specialists, internal business teams, and external providers.
• Maintain and support key platforms, including Azure DevOps, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps), Dynamics 365, and GitHub.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical knowledge: Understanding of virtualization, application architecture, networking, databases, and IT security.
• Autonomy and versatility: Ability to manage multiple applications and handle a variety of technical and functional challenges.
• Communication and collaboration: Strong communication skills, including solution presentations, documentation, and user training.
• Technical skills: Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, and Linux is a plus.
• Platform expertise: Experience with Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or GitHub is an advantage.
