Du sicherst den stabilen Betrieb von Adcubum Syrius und optimierst Finanzprozesse sowie Schnittstellen. Damit stärkst du Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit.
Als Application Manager betreust und entwickelst du Adcubum Syrius mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen. Du sorgst dafür, dass In- und Exkasso, Prämien- und Leistungszahlungen sowie Buchungs- und Abstimmungsprozesse zuverlässig funktionieren. Mit deiner Versicherungsfachlichkeit, deiner Erfahrung in der Syrius-Parametrierung und deiner technischen Koordination sicherst du einen stabilen Betrieb und eine nachvollziehbare Finanzverarbeitung.

• Sicherstellung des fachlich korrekten Betriebs und der Weiterentwicklung von Adcubum Syrius mit Fokus auf das Modul Finanzen
• Überwachung von Schnittstellen, Jobs und Verarbeitungsprozessen
• Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von fachlichen Störungen und Abweichungen
• Aufnahme und Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen in Syrius und Umsystemen
• Leitung und Koordination von Changes und Releases inklusive Testing und produktiver Einführung

Deine Skills

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kranken- und Unfallversicherungsumfeld mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen: In/Exkasso, Zahlungsverkehr, Debitoren- und Kreditorenprozesse, Buchungslogiken
• Hohe IT-Affinität und gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse
• Kenntnisse in der Parametrierung von Adcubum Syrius von Vorteil
• Projekterfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von SQL für Datenabfragen von Vorteil
• Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise im Team
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung und vernetztes Denken
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
