Application Solutions Architect

Job Description This is a remote position. AUTP Solutions Architect Location: Greensboro, NC Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Recruiting Firm: Symbiotic Services Overview: Symbiotic Services is seeking an experienced Application Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of application remediations supporting a major transformation initiative. This role will drive the successful integration of SAP S4 and Blue Yonder platforms into the U.S. and Americas factory environments, ensuring alignment with global strategies. Key Responsibilities: Analyze the impact of SAP S4 template adoption on existing applications, including changes to processes, data models, conversions, and integrations. Collaborate with business partners, IT teams, and enterprise architecture to develop functional and technical specifications aligned with global standards. Create strategic decision documents and propose solutions that align with SAP S4 framework goals. Define and coordinate delivery strategies for application remediation in line with program milestones. Manage delivery resources from internal teams and third parties to ensure timely build, testing, and deployment. Oversee project interdependencies, identifying associated risks and developing mitigation strategies. Work closely with data, integration, and development teams to align applications with SAP S4 data models and integration methods. Utilize internal and external resources to design scalable, sustainable application solutions. Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, efficient, and low-risk from an operational standpoint. Collaborate with cross-functional leads and global IT to ensure unified program execution. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field. 10+ years of experience in IT program delivery and application architecture within complex global environments. Demonstrated success leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives involving cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Work Environment: Hybrid remote/in-office setup. Requires extended periods of computer use and regular team collaboration.
