€45,000 to €50,000 + Bonus

MPG Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a well known international company to recruit an Application Support Analyst for its Irish operation.

This is a varied, hands on role combining business application support, troubleshooting, testing and basic Level 1 IT support. You will support core business systems, assist users with technical issues and work closely with a regional IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day to day support for business applications across Finance, Sales and Operations.

• Investigate application issues, troubleshoot problems and monitor system interfaces and integrations.

• Support application changes, testing, documentation and user training.

• Provide basic Level 1 IT support, including Microsoft 365, laptops, hardware, mobile devices and user accounts.

• Assist with Windows Server and AWS related issues, escalating where necessary.

• Manage support tickets, liaise with external suppliers and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in Application Support, IT Support or a similar technical support role.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

• Experience supporting business applications and end users.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and exposure to AWS.

• Understanding of ticketing systems, user access, testing and change management.

• A good communicator who can document issues clearly and work independently.

Salary and Benefits

• €45,000 to €50,000 base salary

• Bonus of up to 10%

• 10% employer pension contribution, with 5% employee contribution

• Hybrid working, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote

• Flexible start time between 7am and 11am
