Application Support Engineer

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team.

Job description:

• Ensure the production of the application, both from a technical support and a functional perspective, for a business line or business application chain.
• Ensure the operational maintenance of the service.
• Ensure the smooth running of processes (batch, transfer, etc.) and the proper functioning of applications (relevant business data, functional results, correct execution of application workflows, etc.).
• Manage the various releases within their remit.
• Intervene not only in the event of incidents to restore the service, but also proactively through data analysis and automation, thereby improving service quality and the user experience.

You need to know:

• 3–5 years of experience with Python, SQL, and Web – REST API
• Expertise in IT Ops
• Advanced English.

Hybrid work with 3 days in the office in either Bucharest/Timisoara/Cluj/Brasov
