NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY | Senior Application Support Analyst

📍 Hybrid | ACT, VIC, NSW, SA or TAS

📅 12-month contract + 12-month extension

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join a large-scale government ICT environment, supporting critical business applications across SAP and Salesforce platforms.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced support professional who enjoys investigating complex issues, working with stakeholders and driving effective incident resolution.

Key skills and experience:

• 5+ years' experience in ICT application support.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP or Salesforce platforms.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, incident management and ITSM tools.
• Experience investigating, triaging and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working across business teams and external vendors.
• Experience supporting system testing, UAT and software release cycles.
• Microsoft Excel data analysis and reporting skills will be highly regarded.

Additional details:

• Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
• Must be eligible to obtain NV1 security clearance.
• Hybrid working arrangements
