Opportunity This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partner Success, serving as the technical bridge between prospective customers and Midstream’s AI-native platform. You will lead technical discovery, solution architecture, architecture discussions, and technical validation—helping customers understand how Midstream integrates into complex healthcare environments and how our platform delivers measurable operational and financial outcomes. As a trusted technical advisor, you will guide executive stakeholders, enterprise architects, security teams, and technical leaders throughout the customer journey—from initial discovery and solution design through implementation planning and deployment. You’ll help customers evaluate technical approaches, navigate enterprise architecture decisions, and build confidence that Midstream can integrate securely and scale within their existing technology ecosystem. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role. Beyond supporting strategic customer engagements, you will help establish the technical foundation that enables Midstream to scale by developing repeatable architecture patterns, demonstration environments, implementation frameworks, and technical assets that elevate the entire commercial organization while shaping the evolution of our product. What you'll be doing Lead technical discovery Partner with prospective customers to understand their technical landscape, business objectives, integration requirements, AI governance considerations, and long-term technology strategy. Design enterprise solutions Develop solution architectures, AI implementation strategies, and phased deployment approaches that demonstrate how Midstream integrates within complex healthcare environments while delivering measurable business value Own technical validation Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, executive workshops, product demonstrations, security discussions, and technical evaluations throughout the enterprise buying process Serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor Guide enterprise customers through their AI adoption journey, helping executives, architects, security teams, and operational leaders evaluate technical tradeoffs, implementation approaches, and long-term architecture decisions. Develop AI Evaluation Frameworks Help customers define evaluation criteria, success metrics, governance models, and implementation approaches that enable safe and successful deployment of AI within healthcare environments Build and maintain scalable technical assets Continuously improve demonstration environments, technical documentation, reference architectures, integration patterns, implementation playbooks, and reusable technical frameworks that enable Midstream to scale. Shape the product Partner closely with Product and Engineering to identify recurring implementation patterns, customer needs, and integration opportunities that inform product strategy and future platform capabilities. Build the Technical GTM Foundation Create repeatable demonstrations, technical messaging, architecture patterns, and implementation methodologies that reduce technical risk, accelerate enterprise sales cycles, and enable every commercial team member to succeed Who you are Passionate About Applied AI You are energized by helping organizations responsibly adopt AI. Experienced in enterprise software You've worked as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, Applied AI Architect Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role supporting complex enterprise software. A systems thinker You understand APIs, cloud architecture, enterprise integrations, identity management, data engineering, and AI workflows, and can translate technical concepts into business outcomes. An exceptional communicator You are equally comfortable leading executive strategy conversations, whiteboarding architecture with engineering teams, facilitating technical workshops, and presenting live demonstrations. A builder You enjoy creating reusable demonstrations, implementation patterns, documentation, and technical assets that make the entire organization more effective—not just yourself. Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agents, evaluation frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or enterprise AI architecture. Experience designing secure cloud-native architectures and integrating enterprise applications through APIs. Python experience or the ability to prototype technical workflows. Healthcare interoperability, ERP, finance, supply chain, payer, or enterprise healthcare systems experience is strongly preferred.
