■ Job Description

• Develop and improve AI agents using cutting-edge technology, evolving them into products that deliver value in enterprise customer operations
• From PoC for initial value validation to post-release feature improvements with technical validation and continuous improvement, drive ownership of the entire value transformation cycle of the agent
• While collaborating with researchers, PMs, and consultants, translate customer issues into technical requirements, and lead decision-making while implementing hands-on

■ Specific Responsibilities

• Advancement of core logic of AI agents
• Design and execution of PoC for initial value validation that connects research results and prototypes to customer value
• Design and execution of evaluation frameworks and improvement cycles for released agents (including design of accuracy evaluation, workflow and prompt optimization)
• Design and customization of agents based on customer-specific business requirements (e.g., turning a request like “we want reports that better reflect our company identity” into requirements through discussions with PMs and reflecting them in the Deep Research architecture)
• Abstraction of insights obtained from experiments and evaluations, and feeding them back to both the SAT product and research teams

■ Requirements

• Research experience in AI/NLP/Machine Learning (graduate school research or corporate R&D is acceptable; publications are not required)
• Knowledge and implementation experience in generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agents, etc.)
• Ability to independently conduct experiment design, evaluation, and prototyping using Python
• Ability to evaluate technical validation results from the perspective of customer value and product impact, and connect them to next actions

• Experience writing and presenting papers at international conferences, journals, and domestic academic conferences
• Practical experience in designing and evaluating LLM agent workflows (offline evaluation, building evaluation frameworks for accuracy, etc.)
• Experience driving PoC and R&D projects involving customer negotiation
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, Bayesian estimation, etc. (e.g., foundational ability to work on challenges such as advancing from point estimation to distribution estimation)
• Experience in productizing research outcomes in business company R&D or AI startups, etc.
