Generally, we are interested in new graduates in computer science, data science, business (with an IT focus), or related areas of study. Exceptional candidates will be offered an interview and may be offered a position on our team.

Do you have what we need to get started?

• For new graduates we are looking for:
  • First time graduates of degree or diploma programs in Computer Science, Data Science, Business with a focus on technology/data/IT, or some other related area of study.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented work ethic.
  • Strong academic performance.
    
  • Experience participating in case competitions or other team activities is an asset.
  • Must be located in and be able to legally work in Canada

Diverse Roles & Work:

New graduates are hired with the title of "Consultant", but you can work in different roles as your career progresses, as your interests change, and as technology evolves.
Roles like:

Work hard, not long hours:

• We want excellence for 40 hours a week and want you to have time for the other things that are important in your life. Overtime is discouraged when it can be avoided.

Remuneration: New Graduates typically start at a salary range of $50-60k/year depending on ability and previous experience.
