Appointment Coordinator – Asia Pacific

We are seeking a proactive, well-organised Philippines-based Appointment Coordinator to join an international franchise sales team and support the growth of the business in Asia.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and engaging prospective franchise partners, generating qualified leads, booking appointments for the country teams, and maintaining an organised candidate pipeline within the CRM.
Key to the success of this role is the ability to identify, qualify and manage prospective franchisees for select countries in Asia by building targeted prospect lists, executing multichannel outreach, and managing initial communications to build a high-quality, ongoing pipeline of candidates in the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea and Vietnam.
- Market Research & List Building: Identify and research high-potential franchise prospects across APAC markets utilising platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry databases.
- Multichannel Outreach: Initiate engagement via personalised email campaigns, cold calling and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on franchise criteria, investment readiness and regional fit.
- CRM Management: Track prospect interactions, manage follow-ups and update pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Identify and engage potential franchise candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Asian country teams.
- Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings with prospective candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent follow-up activity.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Build relationships with franchise candidates via phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Support recruitment campaigns and franchise growth initiatives.
- 3–5 years of experience in appointment setting, B2B lead generation, business development, recruitment or a closely related role.
- College diploma or degree from an institution where English is the primary medium of instruction.
- Understanding of, and experience using, LinkedIn, ideally for sourcing and outreach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent English fluency, both written and spoken.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Web research abilities and proficiency using CRM systems and lead-generation tools.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work productively and independently.
- Comfortable reporting to management on a regular basis.
- Some flexibility with working hours to cater for Asia-Pacific time zones.
