The Role We are looking for a highly motivated cold outbound setter to consistently book qualified meetings directly into our calendar.

• Prospect and build targeted lead lists.
• Execute daily cold outreach and follow-up sequences.
• Qualify prospects and secure calendar bookings.

Compensation Structure (Choose Your Model)

• Option 1: Pay Per Qualified Appointment. (Note: You must provide verifiable testimonials/proof of past setting success to qualify for this structure).
• Option 2: 5% Recurring Monthly Commission. Earn a 5% cut of the monthly retainer for the lifetime of the client. With deals starting at $3,000 up to $15,000+ per month, you earn a compounding $150 to $750+ every month per closed client.
