We Are Hiring: Remote Appointment Setters

Location: Prishtina, Kosovo

Work Type: Remote

Schedule: 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

Monthly Pay: €650–€800, plus uncapped performance bonuses

We are looking for confident, motivated, and reliable appointment setters to join our growing team. This role involves speaking with prospective customers by phone, identifying their needs, answering basic questions, and scheduling appointments for licensed professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Follow company-approved scripts and procedures

• Qualify interested prospects and schedule appointments

• Maintain accurate notes and update customer information in the CRM

• Follow up with prospects when necessary

• Meet daily and weekly performance goals

• Communicate professionally and represent the company appropriately

Requirements:

• Excellent and highly proficient English

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, lead generation, or appointment setting

• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone

• Ability to handle objections and remain professional

• Reliable internet connection, computer, and quiet workspace

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistency

• Ability to work the full overnight schedule

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Compensation:

• €650–€800 per month, depending on experience and performance

• Uncapped performance-based bonuses

Hiring Process:
