Role Description This full-time Technical Project Manager role is based in Pristina and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. The Technical Project Manager will plan, organize, and oversee the delivery of technology and platform-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, defining requirements, managing project timelines, tracking risks and issues, and communicating status updates to stakeholders. The role involves working closely with product, engineering, and operations to align project objectives with business goals and to support continuous improvement of processes and tools. The Technical Project Manager will also contribute to program planning across multiple initiatives and help refine best practices for project execution within Runway Extenders.
Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, scope management, and risk tracking.
• Program Management experience in coordinating multiple related projects and aligning them with strategic objectives.
• Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and make informed, evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent Communication capabilities for clear documentation, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven Team Leadership experience, including guiding project teams, facilitating decision-making, and fostering accountability.
• Experience managing technical or SaaS platform projects, preferably in talent management, HR tech, or related domains.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with global, distributed teams.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
