Role overview As an IT Administrator, you will work across device management, security, support, and infrastructure. One morning you might be onboarding a new colleague via Intune and Entra ID, configuring Conditional Access policies, and ensuring their laptop is secure. Later you may troubleshoot a network issue, optimize local infrastructure, or update internal documentation. Your input matters, you will continuously research new technologies, propose improvements, and help build a modern, secure, and efficient digital workplace. . Key Responsibilities Manage company devices via Intune (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android). Oversee IT asset inventory and access card management. Administer Entra ID users, groups, and Conditional Access. Maintain Identity Provider integrations (SSO, SAML/OAuth). Manage Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Support local network, Wi-Fi, switches, printers, and VPN (UniFi). Handle device security, Microsoft Defender, and compliance alerts. Support ISO/ISMS security initiatives with DevOps/SecOps. Oversee onboarding/offboarding (devices, accounts, access). Maintain IT documentation and provide first/second-line support. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role. Hands-on experience with local networks, routers, switches, WiFi (preferably UniFi). Understanding of VPN technologies, device compliance, and security policies. Strong troubleshooting skills for both Windows and macOS. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Defender, PowerShell automation, or endpoint security. Experience writing IT documentation or policies.Cisco knowledge and certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent). Familiarity with ISO/SOC security requirements. Experience with ticketing systems (Jira/Service Desk).
