Appointment Setter
to join our team.
Position Overview
The Appointment Setter will play a key role in setting qualified appointments, and supporting the sales process. This is a
commission-only, part-time role with performance incentives
—ideal for someone who is self-motivated, persuasive, and eager to grow with a dynamic company.
Responsibilities
Fluent in English, both in writing and verbal communication.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
Qualify leads, schedule appointments and help with discovery calls.
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and appointments in CRM.
Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships.
Collaborate with the sales and executive team to ensure successful closing.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting and sales targets.
Requirements
Qualifications
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to persuade, handle objections, and build rapport quickly.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer/CRM proficiency (training provided).
A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales success.
Your System Requirements
This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. All team members are required to use their own computer, which must meet our system requirements to ensure compatibility with company applications and tools.
