Appointment Setter

Compensation

• Base salary: $1,000 USD/month
• Commission: $5 per qualified appointment set
• Bonus: $250 for every 100 appointments set, qualified, and shown
• Closed-deal bonus: $50–$150 per closed deal
• OTE: $1,700–$2,500 USD/month

The Role

We generate ~500 high-intent inbound leads/month for UK accounting and advisory firms. This is a warm inbound setting role — not cold calling. You'll contact leads fast, qualify them, and book them into consultations, then follow up to make sure they show.

What You'll Do

• Contact new leads within 5 minutes
• Qualify prospects and book appointments
• Confirm and follow up to protect show rate
• Keep the CRM accurate and pipeline clean
• Hit monthly targets (100+ qualified, shown appointments; top performers reach 250+)

What We're Looking For

• Clear, confident, energetic phone communication
• Appointment setting, call centre, telesales, or heavy phone customer-service background (preferred, not required)
• Persistent, coachable, organised, target-driven
• Reliable internet, backup power, professional home setup

Hours

Full-time, ~40 hrs/week, remote, UK business hours (some early evening coverage), based in South Africa.
