Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who is confident handling high volumes of outbound calls and has a proven track record of booking qualified meetings for Account Executives (AEs).

This is a phone-heavy role suited to someone who is comfortable spending a significant portion of their day cold calling, engaging decision-makers, overcoming objections, and consistently converting conversations into qualified appointments.

Previous B2B appointment setting or outbound sales experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers daily
• Engage prospects confidently and communicate the company's value proposition clearly
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify genuine sales opportunities
• Book qualified appointments and sales meetings directly into Account Executives' calendars
• Consistently work toward daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting KPIs
• Handle objections professionally and confidently while keeping prospects engaged
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested and previously contacted prospects
• Maintain accurate prospect information, call notes, outcomes, and follow-up activities within the CRM
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to improve lead quality and meeting conversion rates
• Provide feedback on prospect objections, messaging, and trends identified during outbound conversations
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven appointment-setting, SDR, BDR, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience
• Demonstrable experience booking qualified appointments for Account Executives or sales closers
• Proven ability to perform in a high-volume outbound calling environment
• B2B sales or appointment-setting experience is strongly preferred
• Strong cold-calling, objection-handling, and lead qualification skills
• Excellent spoken English with clear, confident, and professional communication
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, follow-up processes, and appointment-setting KPIs
• Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-focused sales environment
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup
