ABOUT THE ROLE

Most setter jobs mean cold leads, no script and nobody to close. Here the leads come to you from our ads, you get the playbook, and Connor closes.

You take inbound intro calls from leads who booked through our paid ad funnel, qualify them, and book them onto our closers' calendars. You also bring back leads that did not close, chase no-shows, and follow up on long-term nurture.

You do not sell. You qualify. Around 100 to 200 inbound leads a month, 4 to 8 intro calls a day, 15 to 20 minutes each, and the ad spend goes up as you set.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work every inbound lead, plus your own outbound dials

• Hold a 40%+ booking rate on leads

• Hit a 60% demo show rate

• Call fresh leads inside 5 minutes

• Keep your inbox empty and the pipeline tidy

• Send a clean end of day report in Slack every day

• Show up to the daily team huddle on Zoom

WHO WE ARE HIRING

• 1+ year of phone-based sales or setting experience

• Comfortable making 300+ dials per day

• Native English with no accent or very little accent

• Available during US business hours

• Confident, conversational and fast on your feet on the phone

• Coachable, persistent and organized

PAY

• $2,000 USD a month base, paid $1,000 twice a month

• $20 USD for every qualified show

• $50 USD or 5% of the cash collected up front on every close, whichever is more

• OTE $3,000 to $3,500 USD a month. No cap.
