Appointment Setter, US Market (Remote) | $1,400 USD Base + Uncapped Bonuses

Job description:

We’re a US based marketing firm that fills seminars for independent financial advisors. Our closer is ready for more calls. We need one experienced setter to keep his calendar full.

This is not an entry level role. We want someone who already knows how to cold call, handle objections, and book meetings that actually show up. If you’ve done outbound for US, UK, or Canadian companies and you’re good at it, read on.

What you’ll do

• Cold call independent financial advisors across the United States
• Book them into calls with our closer
• Hit your daily and weekly targets, and track your numbers in our CRM

How you get paid

• Base salary: $1,400 USD a month (about R24,500), paid every month
• Show bonus: $10 USD (about R175) for every appointment that shows up, starting at show number 16 each week
• Close bonus: $100 USD (about R1,750) for every client that signs
• No cap. The more you book, the more you earn.

A show is a US based financial advisor who attends the call with our closer.

Targets

• Target: 25 shows a week (5 a day)
• Minimum: 15 shows a week

What that looks like each month:

• 15 shows a week: $1,400 (about R24,500)
• 25 shows a week: about $1,830 (about R32,000)
• 35 shows a week: about $2,270 (about R39,700)
• Plus $100 (about R1,750) for every client that closes

Hours

Monday to Friday, US business hours. That’s about 16:00 to 00:00 South African time (one hour earlier during US summer time).

What you need

• 2+ years of outbound cold calling or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
• Experience calling the US, UK, or Canada
• Clear, neutral English that US clients understand easily on the phone
• Experience speaking with American prospects
• Your own laptop, headset, stable internet, and backup power for load shedding
• A quiet place to work
• Comfortable being measured on your numbers every day
